Mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
The maintenance and upkeep of engineering machinery and equipment should prioritize prevention, and a maintenance system should be formulated based on the operating laws, structures, working conditions, and wear patterns of various machinery. It is divided into regular maintenance and special maintenance according to the different working hours. Graded maintenance is generally divided into maintenance levels based on the operating hours of the machinery. Special maintenance is generally arranged temporarily or included in short-term plans as needed, or can be combined with regular maintenance, such as out of service maintenance, seasonal maintenance, etc. Daily maintenance refers to the maintenance work carried out by operators during commuting and shift handover. Its content includes "cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, tightening, and anti-corrosion" operations. The focus is on the inspection and adjustment of lubrication system, cooling system, filtration system, steering and walking, braking and safety devices, and other parts. There are few daily maintenance items and parts, and most of them are located outside the machine, but they are vulnerable and critical parts. Daily maintenance is the basic condition and basic work to ensure the normal operation of machinery. In addition to daily maintenance tasks, Level 1 maintenance also includes: 1) Clean various filters; 2) Check the oil level, water surface, and oil injection points at all points, and add them in a timely manner if there is any shortage; 3) Remove dirt such as fuel tanks and spark plugs; 4) Eliminate water, oil, gas, and electrical leakage; 5) Adjust the tightness of belt and chain drives; 6) Check and adjust various clutches, brakes, safety protection devices, and control mechanisms to maintain sensitivity and effectiveness; 7) Check if the steel wire rope has broken wires and if its connection and fixation are safe and reliable; 8) Check the transmission devices of each system for looseness, deformation, cracks, heating, abnormal noise, and abnormal operation. If found, repair and eliminate them in a timely manner. In general, daily maintenance and first level maintenance are carried out by mechanical operators, while maintenance personnel are responsible for maintenance work at or above the second level.
